Our version of a French niçoise salad relishes all things local. It pairs our slow smoked mullet with local, seasonal vegetables— heirloom tomatoes and radish, cucumber and buttery fingerling potatoes, spiced olives and red butter lettuce, topped with our champagne vinaigrette.
