SMOKED FISH DIPS
Lightly seasoned then smoked over natural wood, our smoked mullet, kingfish, and salmon are a source of pride, as are our dips, each thick with fish and flavor.

Fresh smoked mullet with tender rounds of fingerling potato, bits of fresh dill, and bright bursts of cherry tomato in a champagne vinaigrette.
